Job summary

Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD is seeking a Graduate Structural Engineer in Glasgow with hybrid working options. Ideal candidate has 2+ years' post-graduate experience in a multi-disciplinary consultancy, knowledge of construction methods and building regulations,

Qualifications

• Degree in Structural/Civil Eng or similar, IStructE/ICE accredited.
• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Graduate Engineer.
• Experience in consulting engineering, surveying, architecture and planning.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and work within budgets.
• Aiming to attain chartership with IStructE or ICE.
• UK driving licence and access to a car.

Graduate Structural Engineer - 2+ Years' Experience

Location: Glasgow

Salary up to £35,000, benefits, pay reviews, bonuses, and chartership support

Our client, a multi-disciplinary UK wide Consultancy with 350 staff and a £30 million turnover, who are in a growth period are looking for a Structural Engineer to be based from their office in Glasgow with Hybrid working options. The Structural Engineer will be providing support to the local and national Engineering teams on a wide range of projects, including structural surveys and preparation of reports, calculations, design and preparation of drawings designs for residential, commercial and industrial properties as well as providing advice to the insurance sector and assisting with regional frameworks.

The Ideal Structural Engineer will preferably have 2+ years post graduate experience within a Multi-Disciplinary Consultancy Environment. The Structural Engineer will have a good working knowledge of construction methods, materials and building regulations with ambition, drive and passion for the sector.

Graduate Structural Engineer Position Remuneration

• Salary: up to £35,000 DOE
• Holiday 25 days plus BH increasing with service
