Qualifications

• Graduating in 2027 or recently graduated in 2025/2026 with at least a 2:2 in a relevant master's or bachelor's degree.
• Demonstrate Arcadian skills including resilience, creativity, analytical thinking and being a team player.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence and consult stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support feasibility studies, design and site supervision on bridge and civil structures projects in highways and rail.
• Contribute to the development of first-class digital and sustainable solutions for clients.
• Collaborate in teams of various sizes and gain experience on projects such as HS2 and Lower Thames Crossing, and iconic bridges.
• Travel and stay away from home when required; virtual working is embraced where possible.
