JAM Management Consultancy Ltd is seeking a Graduate Technical Engineer for a Software Engineering pathway in Berkshire. The role offers a structured development programme with hands‑on experience across enterprise software and cloud technologies, starting with day‑one collaboration with experienced engineers.

We are looking for a 2:1+ in a STEM subject, strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, and excellent communication skills, plus a genuine passion for technology and software

• Must have a 2:1 or above in a STEM subject such as Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering or similar.

• Supporting system analysis, diagnostics and performance improvements.

• Communicating technical information to both technical and non‑technical users.
• Contributing to continuous improvements across products and services.
