Job summary

Leonardo Newcastle is seeking graduates for an 18-month Software Engineer Graduate Programme. You will start with a salary of £34,000 per year, plus a £1,000 welcome bonus and a £1,000 exit bonus upon completion.

A Temporary Accommodation Allowance may apply under criteria, with on-site work most weeks to integrate with your team. You will develop software across real-time projects, collaborating with experts from Software, Systems, Firmware and Electronics to deliver robust, well-documented

Qualifications

• Minimum 2:2 Bachelors/Integrated Master’s or higher (MSc/PhD).
• Subjects include Software Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics or Electronic Engineering.
• Graduate programme with on-site learning and development.

Responsibilities

• Work on real-time projects alongside scientists and engineers.
• Participate in all aspects of product development from concept through system integration.
• Create high-quality, well-documented code and maintain configuration management for progress reports.
