Kier Places is seeking a Graduate HSW Advisor to join our team in the London region, predominately site based. This 2-year development programme starts in September 2027, offering hands-on exposure to health, safety and wellbeing across projects and workplaces.
You'll support HSW policy development, carry out inspections, help with risk assessments, promote safe behaviours and contribute to training. A relevant degree and a full UK driving licence are required; sponsorship is not offered.

Hours: 40 hours per week
Starting Salary: £31,000 per annum + Car Allowance (on some contracts)
Pathway: Permanent, Full-time 2-year programme, leading to assistant level role upon completion with salary potential of CIRCA £38k

Kier Places is Kier's building, estate and propertymanagement business, delivering end-to-end solutions for places where people live and work. As a Graduate HSW Advisor, you will support the delivery of Kier's Health Safety and Wellbeing objectives across our projects and workplaces. This role is designed for a recent graduate who is passionate about ensuring the health, safety and wellbeing of people. Working alongside experienced industry professionals, you will gain exposure to a wide range of facilities management and construction activities through a structured development programme.
As a Graduate HSW Advisor, you'll be working within the Health Safety and Wellbeing team, supporting them in delivering HSW objectives across projects and workplaces.
