Job Title: Graduate Service Engineer - Grid Automation

Join our Grid Automation Team as a Graduate Service Engineer and contribute to the advancement of power grid technology, making a difference in the world of power grids.

This exciting opportunity is based in Stone, Staffordshire. You will be part of a dynamic and supportive engineering team dedicated to providing innovative solutions to our customers.

This customer service role requires a proactive attitude and a willingness to engage in service repairs, commissioning, and maintenance communication teams.

Our team consists of eight engineers, selected for their exceptional skills and training, offering great exposure to top talent in the business.

Responsibilities:

1. Offer technical advice to customers on the effective and efficient use of our products and equipment.
2. Commission, install, and test our products and equipment to ensure they meet high standards of quality and safety.
3. Address and resolve complex issues during the implementation or operation of our products and equipment.
4. Investigate and suggest upgrades to our products to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
5. Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and expectations, thereby securing future business opportunities.
6. Collaborate with the Power Grids Grid Automation Engineering Department to support the installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of SCADA systems, communication networks, and protection systems.

Background:

We are considering candidates with degrees in Computer Science, Electronics, Engineering, Construction, or Software Engineering.
