Working alongside the Science department and experienced teaching staff, you will support students across Key Stages 3 and 4, helping to raise attainment, develop confidence, and encourage a genuine interest in Science.
As a Graduate Science Teaching Assistant, you will:
Support teaching and learning across Biology, Chemistry, and Physics lessons
Deliver 1:1 and small-group support to pupils who would benefit from additional intervention
Assist teachers with lesson preparation, resources, and classroom activities
Help students develop their confidence, independence, and engagement with Science
Encourage positive behaviour and participation within the classroom

The ideal candidate will have:
A strong academic background, including a 2:1 or higher degree in a Science-related subject from a leading university
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A proactive, patient, and adaptable approach
