The Role

As an Executive Search Consultant, your responsibilities include establishing and building relationships with new clients and placing talented candidates into roles. Your daily tasks include:

• Meeting clients and candidates face-to-face and virtually, with international travel being a strong possibility.
• Negotiating terms and contracts with prospective clients, some of whom have revenues over $5bn.
• Interviewing and working closely with C-Suite and executive-level candidates to find long-term positions.
• Building and maintaining databases to position Imperium Global as a market leader in your sector.

Our model promotes internal growth; many Managers start as Consultants and can become Managers within a year, with potential to reach Managing Director in under 5 years for high performers.

Internal Training Academy

Our bespoke training program, led by our experienced Learning and Development team, prepares new Consultants to become 360-degree professionals capable of forming client relationships and placing candidates immediately after 5 weeks of training. Ongoing weekly training sessions support continuous learning and growth.
