You will work closely with leaders of PE & VC-backed organisations to grow their executive teams, working on retained mandates across the world.

Ideal Profile:

• Outstanding academic record (Top 20 University, 1st class degree)
• A levels; AAB or IB; 38+ points
• Ability to work at pace with humility
• Confident in communicating with high-profile stakeholders
• Proven high achievement in competitive environments (e.g., sports)
• Phone-based or in-person sales experience is desirable but not essential
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
