The Role

As an Executive Search Consultant, you will establish and develop relationships with clients and place talented candidates into roles. Responsibilities include:

• Meeting clients and candidates face-to-face and virtually, with potential international travel.
• Negotiating terms with clients, some with revenues over $5bn.
• Interviewing and working with C-Suite and executive candidates.
• Building databases to maintain market leadership.

Internal Training Academy
