Are you looking to start a career in sales? Our 6-month Graduate Sales Training Programme in Manchester City Centre is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge to succeed in sales and start earning from day one.

Who are we? We are a global leader in HR consultancy and software, established for over 40 years, with headquarters in Manchester. We provide HR and Health & Safety outsourcing to UK businesses, serving over 130,000 clients worldwide.

In this role, you will make outbound calls to business owners, introduce our services, and create opportunities for our business development team to sign new clients. This role offers a clear development path with ongoing training and coaching.

What’s in it for you?

• Basic salary between £23,000 – £25,000, with first-year earnings potential of £40,000 and top performers earning over £80,000. Uncapped commission from the first sale.
• Working hours: 8:45 am - 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday, with no evenings or weekends.
• 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, plus an extra day off for your birthday.
• 6-month sales training program with a development plan.
