Job summary

BMS Performance Ltd. is seeking ambitious graduates to join Edmundson Electrical as Graduate Sales Trainees across the UK.

You will receive extensive on-the-job training and start with a £31,000 basic salary plus a potential profit share, with progression into external sales and possibly Profit Centre Management. You will rotate through branches and departments, learning products, procedures and the market, gaining hands-on experience and the chance to build long-term customer relationships

Qualifications

• Fantastic verbal and written communication skills.
• Full, clean UK driving licence.
• Strong work ethic and a team player who can also work on own initiative.

Responsibilities

• Learn the business by rotating through branches and departments.
• Support customers and accounts in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Progress to selling roles after initial training and learning phase.
• Develop sales skills through the company’s training programme and on-the-job learning.
