Edmundson Electrical, the UK’s leading distributor of electrical equipment, is hiring a Graduate Sales Trainee. You will rotate through different branches to gain full exposure to the business and receive on‑the‑job training in product knowledge, market understanding and sales processes.

Over roughly 12 months, you’ll transition from training to external sales, with progression into Profit Centre Management for high performers.

Formación

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Full, clean UK driving licence is essential.
• Willingness to work occasional Saturdays as the business trades 6 days a week.

Responsabilidades

• Based in a branch, you will train in a warehouse learning about products and procedures.
• Work through departments including the trade counter to develop long-term skills.
• From month 3 you will start selling, contacting lapsed accounts and sourcing new ones.
• Receive industry-leading sales training funded by the company to build confidence and success.
• Progress to external, customer-facing sales and potential management roles in the future.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities from new customers and dormant accounts.
