Edmundson Electrical is seeking ambitious graduates for a Graduate Sales Trainee role across the UK. You will receive hands-on training while you learn about the company, products, and markets, with on-the-job development from day one.

The role offers a £31,000 base salary, a lucrative profit share, and an extensive training programme fully funded by the company. You'll rotate through multiple departments and branches to gain broad exposure and fast-track your career in sales.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Full, clean UK driving license.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work in a team or independently.
• This role requires occasional Saturday work.

Responsibilities

• Learn in a branch and in a warehouse about products and procedures.
• Rotate through departments to gain broad exposure.
• Begin selling around month 3, including calling accounts and sourcing new clients.
• Participate in the on-the-job and accredited sales training program.
• Progress into external sales and potentially management roles.
