Edmundson Electrical are recruiting ambitious graduates to join their trainee sales programme across the UK. You will rotate through multiple departments over 12 months, gaining exposure to products, processes and customers while receiving on-the-job training.

From month three you start selling to new and existing accounts, with extensive training funded by the company and clear progression into external sales and potentially Profit Centre Management in the future.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Full, clean UK driving license.
• Ability to work in a team and on own initiative.
• Willing to work Saturdays as the business trades six days a week.

Responsabilités

• Learn about products, procedures and market while training in a branch.
• Work in a warehouse and trade counter to gain product knowledge.
• Move through departments to develop long-term sales skills.
• From month 3 begin selling to lapsed/dormant accounts and self-source new accounts.
• Complete the industry-leading sales training programme.
• Develop skills to progress to external sales and management.
