Graduate Sales Negotiator

What You'll Be Doing:

As a Trainee Sales Negotiator, you'll play a crucial role in our property sales process by generating leads and booking appointments for our expert branch teams. You’ll be at the frontline of our business, helping homeowners take the first step towards selling their property.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Speak with homeowners over the phone to discuss their property goals.
  • Book valuation appointments for our local branches.
  • Identify and follow up on potential sales opportunities.
  • Use online tools and local insights to build a strong pipeline of leads.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and build rapport with potential clients.
  • Log call outcomes and keep our systems up to date.

  • You don’t need estate agency experience – just the drive to learn and grow, and the confidence to pick up the phone.
