Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Negotiator located in Milton Keynes. The Sales Negotiator will be responsible for managing estate agent tasks, such as facilitating property sales, conducting property viewings and negotiating deals. The role involves maintaining excellent communication with clients, delivering high-quality customer service, and achieving sales targets. Daily activities include client conversations, property viewings and prospecting properties to potential buyers.

Qualifications

• Experience in Estate Agency or Sales
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven Sales skills and ability to meet targets
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
• Knowledge of the Milton Keynes area is a plus
• Full UK Driving license
