We're looking for a Graduate Sales Executive to join our growing logistics technology business in Rowley Regis. This is an outstanding opportunity to gain hands‑on sales experience while completing a fully funded apprenticeship designed to develop the core skills needed to thrive in a long‑term sales career.

You'll start by managing inbound enquiries and supporting existing customers, giving you a solid foundation in consultative selling, relationship management, and customer success. After 12 months, you'll have the opportunity to progress into a more business development‑focused role, taking ownership of outbound sales activity and new client acquisition.

What You'll Be Doing

• Handling inbound enquiries from prospective customers
• Building and maintaining relationships with existing accounts
• Understanding customer challenges and matching them with logistics technology solutions
• Following up on leads and identifying upselling opportunities
