As we expand our operations, we’re looking for a motivated Chemistry graduate with an interest in sales to support the growth of our business.

Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a science graduate who wants to move into a commercially focused role. As a Graduate Sales Executive, you’ll work closely with our sales and technical teams to understand client needs, present tailored fragrance solutions, and build lasting relationships with new and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a deep understanding of our fragrance products and their industrial applications.
• Identify new sales opportunities and support business development activities
• Support existing client relationships; providing technical advice when required
• Work closely with our formulation and production teams to ensure client requirements are understood and met.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and report on sales performance
• Assist in the development of sales strategies

Requirements:

• A degree in Chemistry or a closely related scientific field (essential).
• A genuine interest in sales and business development.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and ability to translate technical concepts into commercial opportunities.
• Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team
• A valid UK driving licence (preferred but not essential).
