BMS Performance Ltd. in Nottingham is seeking a proactive Graduate Account Manager to drive new business and manage client relationships.

You will receive extensive training and shadowing in your initial months, with progression opportunities as you develop accounts and close deals. The role offers a £30,000 base salary plus uncapped commission and an excellent pathway for career growth within a globally connected logistics group.

Formación

• Target driven mindset with proactive approach to sales.
• Clear, confident communication and strong listening skills.
• Graduate with 2:1 or 1st degree from university.
• Willingness to travel locally; commutable to Nottingham.
• Driver's license required or equivalent.
• Coachable with openness to training and feedback.

Responsabilidades

• Chase leads and bring in new business through training and shadowing.
• Learn and execute the full sales process during onboarding.
• Nurture and develop relationships with accounts already brought in.
