BMS Performance Ltd. in Nottingham is recruiting an entry-level Graduate Account Manager to drive new business for a globally renowned logistics company. You’ll begin with extensive training and shadowing, learning a full sales process and building a strong pipeline.

With £30,000 base salary plus uncapped commission (OTE £35,000–£40,000) and clear progression opportunities, you’ll work in a vibrant team that values drive, communication and client relationships. Nottingham commuters welcome.

Qualifications

• Target-driven with proven results.
• Confident communicator willing to pick up the phone or meet anyone.
• Active listener with focus on listening as well as talking.
• Graduate with a 2.1 or 1st from university.
• Commutable to Nottingham and ideally hold a driver's license.
• Coachable with extensive training opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Chase leads and generate new business through training and shadowing.
• Develop and nurture relationships with brought accounts.
• Work in a scalable sales process with uncapped earning potential.
