This company is a global SEO business that specialise in marketing solutions! They help businesses increase their exposure to potential customers through SEO technology, a product and industry that is continuously innovating. Despite being headquartered in the US, their highest performing sales team is in London, which is why they’re looking to grow out their team with ambitious graduates looking to be Sales Development Representatives!

They truly invest in their SDRs, offering award-winning training by investing £50,000 into your development on a yearly basis. They also have yearly sales kick offs where you’ll be taken on all expenses trips abroad. Additionally, you’ll be offered uncapped commission from day 1 and the option to have shares in the business.

Their culture is second to none, and they do regular team socials and nights out. Their office has a games console, mini-golf station, bar and free food/drinks. They have a dress-down, fun culture, and are also extremely high performing.

In your first 12 months, you should expect to achieve 2 promotions, bringing your basic salary up to £40,000 plus commission. There are plenty of progression routes to management, Account Executive or other sales functions.

What you’ll be doing

  • Develop and execute on cold calling and email campaign strategies to qualify potential customers as a match for their SaaS technology
  • Qualify outbound opportunities and develop a strong demo pipeline for Account Executives via phone and email communications
  • Meet weekly and monthly targets
  • Complete advanced sales and SEO certifications
  • Empower and assist leading Fortune 1000 companies with SEO technology

  • A 2.1 degree with a strong academic background
