Job summary

Komatsu UK is seeking a proactive Graduate Sales Co-ordinator to join the Sales Administration team as part of its Graduate Development Programme. This role offers hands-on experience within a global manufacturing business, developing commercial and analytical skills while supporting sales operations and customer service.

Working with colleagues across multiple functions, you will support the European dealer network and gain exposure to reporting, business systems and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Degree qualified (or due to graduate) in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Management or related discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day sales administration activities, ensuring information is accurate and timely.
• Assist with sales orders, pricing administration, shipment coordination and customer enquiries.
• Produce, maintain and validate reports using Microsoft Excel and business systems.
• Provide administrative support to distributors, customers and internal stakeholders.
• Support development of reporting tools, dashboards and automated processes.
• Assist with digitalisation and continuous improvement projects across the business.
• Participate in cross-functional projects and gain exposure to wider business operations.
