Flourish is seeking a Graduate Sales Associate (Logistics Technology) in Rowley Regis to begin a hands-on sales career while completing a fully funded apprenticeship. You will start by handling inbound enquiries and supporting customers, building a solid foundation in consultative selling, relationship management, and customer success.

After 12 months, you can progress to outbound sales, generating new opportunities and owning your sales pipeline, with earning potential through performance
