As a GROW graduate, you will be empowered to drive your career and will be exposed to a variety of experiences to assist you in gaining the skills you require to succeed.
As a specialist and science graduate joining GROW, you will specialise from day one in your chosen discipline. Working in teams of consultants, you'll be responsible for your own deliverables, liaising with clients, and given every opportunity to build your skillsets and technical expertise. You'll work on a range of environmental and planning projects, which may include major infrastructure, urban regeneration, and community-focused projects, exposing you to a variety of challenges and technical specialists.
Safety Risk Management (SRM): The SRM team has significant knowledge and experience in the identification and management of hazards and safety risks associated with railways, industrial processes, and other safety-critical industries and activities. You will assist in tasks such as hazard identification, the determination of safety measures and safety requirements, obtaining evidence of compliance with safety requirements, and preparing safety justification reports, safety plans, and system definitions.
