How you'll make an impact

You will develop and acquire new business revenue through sales to both new and existing clients, focusing on small to mid-size companies with high revenue potential. You will provide tailored service to clients to meet their needs and retain their business. You will participate in team sales efforts with other producers and support staff, manage overall client relationships supported by day-to-day account management, and assist, educate, and develop colleagues in sales and service. You will apply industry technologies to generate new sales, expand existing accounts, and ensure excellent account service. You will also prepare and execute individual business plans and production budgets, and develop relationships within and across divisions consistent with our corporate culture.

About You

Requirements: Bachelor's degree, 1 year of related experience, and appropriate insurance licensing OR participation in Gallagher's Sales Internship Program (GSIP) with licensing OR a High School Diploma/GED with 6 years of experience. Preferred: Professional designations such as CEBS, CPCU, CIC, or ARM. You should act independently with minimal supervision and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
