Understanding the roles available to a Graduate Business Consultant:

1. Business Analyst (BA): Responsible for investigating and analysing business needs, identifying improvement opportunities, defining requirements, and ensuring solutions align with business objectives. BAs consider people, processes, technology, and organizational structure to deliver value while minimizing risks.
2. Project Manager (PM): Supports planning, execution, and monitoring of projects to ensure timely and on-budget delivery. Assists in task delegation, resource management, risk mitigation, stakeholder communication, and process improvement.
3. Project Management Officer (PMO): Establishes and maintains project management standards, oversees governance, methodology, planning, stakeholder engagement, benefits tracking, and risk management, providing performance insights to senior management.
4. Product Manager: Oversees the development, launch, and success of a product, defining vision, creating roadmaps, prioritizing features based on customer needs and business goals, and ensuring quality and stakeholder satisfaction.
