Role Purpose

Working with the Cognia Advisory team, you will support Cognia’s growth strategy and aspiration to be a long-term trusted partner to clients. You will engage with internal and external stakeholders and clients to help deliver Cognia services.

As part of a team delivering consultancy services to in-house legal teams, you will support the delivery of Advisory projects that address transformation challenges, increase efficiency, and support adoption of operating models that maximize the value of the legal ecosystem.

You will provide support for business development activities and contribute to developing opportunities to cross-sell Cognia’s services.

Role Responsibilities

  1. Support the development, delivery, implementation, and adoption of proposed solutions for internal and external teams.
  2. Support drafting and design of project documentation including reports, roadmaps, and presentations for stakeholders.
  3. Develop and incorporate visuals like diagrams and graphs to communicate concepts clearly and engagingly.
  4. Assist in client engagements using analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges.
  5. Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain relationships.
  6. Gather, review, analyze, and present data.
  7. Support preparation for workshops, meetings, and information gathering activities.
  8. Assist in process review and documentation to improve efficiency.
  9. Document and validate stakeholder requirements.
  10. Support business case development.
  11. Contribute to business development by preparing proposals and presentations and identifying cross-selling opportunities.
  12. Align with Cognia’s delivery processes and policies.
  13. Support internal knowledge management initiatives.
  14. Demonstrate interest and developing knowledge in automation, AI, and legal operations.

This is a hybrid role, requiring 3 days per week in our London office, with flexibility for remote work on the remaining 2 days.

Requirements

Essential

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of consulting experience, including working with client stakeholders
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Experience analyzing and presenting data
  • Ability to adapt to changing client requirements and work within budget constraints
  • Experience supporting teams to deliver outcomes aligned with requirements

Beneficial

  • Experience with proposal and business case development
  • Knowledge or experience in legal operations
