• Coordinate attraction and recruitment initiatives, including campus events, employer branding activities, assessment processes and trainee hiring campaigns.
• Build strong relationships with candidates, universities and internal stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Support trainee development through onboarding, inductions, training programmes and key career milestones within a fast-paced international law firm environment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across different regions and time zones, helping to drive best practice and consistency across global early careers programmes.
