Job summary

Forward Role Recruitment is seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor based in Manchester to manage the end-to-end hiring journey within a leading international law firm. You’ll be instrumental in building candidate pipelines and influencing hiring strategies across the UK and EMEA.

The ideal candidate will have proven legal recruitment experience and a proactive, commercial approach to sourcing talent, with responsibilities including managing recruitment processes and providing market insights.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll take full ownership of the recruitment lifecycle, acting as a trusted advisor to the business and delivering high-quality legal hires.

• Managing end-to-end recruitment from brief to offer
• Partnering closely with hiring managers to shape hiring strategies
• Developing innovative attraction and sourcing plans
• Proactively sourcing talent via LinkedIn Recruiter, networks, and databases
• Building strong talent pipelines for future hiring
• Supporting fair and consistent selection processes
• Providing market insights and salary guidance
• Continuously improving recruitment processes and tools
