Job summary

Gravitas Recruitment Group in Manchester is looking for a German or Dutch-speaking Graduate Recruitment Consultant to support our Frankfurt or Rotterdam operations from the Manchester office. Immediate start. Base salary £25,250 plus uncapped commission.

You will train in one of Gravitas' best-performing offices with international client exposure, building relationships across Europe and progressing rapidly through a structured career path.

What You'll Be Doing

• Building relationships with clients and candidates across Germany or the Netherlands
• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing talent through to offer acceptance
• Conducting interviews and candidate consultations in German, Dutch and English
• Using LinkedIn, networking, headhunting and business development techniques to identify top talent
• Generating new business opportunities and building client partnerships
• Becoming a market expert within your specialist technology sector
• Managing multiple recruitment processes and delivering exceptional customer service
• Building and growing your own specialist recruitment desk
