• Source and interview high-quality candidates using LinkedIn, job boards and headhunting.
• Win new business and build client relationships (sales calls, pitching, developing accounts).
• Manage the process end-to-end: qualification calls, shortlisting, interviews, feedback.
• Negotiate offers and close deals (fees, salaries, start dates).
• Become an expert in your market and advise clients and talent confidently.

Salary: £26,000 basic + uncapped commission | First promotion targeted in 6 months | Dedicated L&D training + coaching

Hours: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm (early finish Fridays)

The role:

Progression & rewards:

This is a sales-driven role with exceptional financial upside and clear progression. We aim for our Grads to achieve their first promotion within 6 months and from there, progression is based on results, not time served.
