Job summary

Virtus Talent in Manchester is seeking a graduate to join our award-winning technology recruitment team. You’ll receive daily training from Directors and have a clear development plan from day one, with one-to-one coaching and rapid progression from Trainee Consultant to Director.

You’ll work on retained and exclusive assignments with average placement fees often exceeding £30,000, offering exceptional earning potential and a supportive culture focused on learning and development.

Qualifications

• B2B/B2C/phone based experience (preferred, not essential)
• Great communication and relationship building skills
• Resilience, curiosity and a proactive approach to problem solving

Responsibilities

• Manage the end to end recruitment process, from job briefing and candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and placement
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand hiring needs and provide market insights
• Source, screen, and interview candidates using multiple channels (databases, job boards, networking, referrals)
• Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and support candidates and clients throughout the selection process
