Mara Talent, a Manchester-born tech recruitment business with 25 years in the industry, is launching an Energy desk focused on the US market. This 360 role gives you full ownership of clients, candidates and processes from day one, with mentorship and live roles from the start.

You'll have the chance to relocate in the future, including potential moves to Austin or Tampa as the desk expands. A sociable team, strong training, and a fast track to progression are on offer.

Recruitment Consultant - Energy desk (US market)

My client is a Manchester born and bred tech recruitment business, now with 25 years in the industry and a growing international footprint. Off the back of continued growth, they're launching a new desk focused on Energy, working across the US market, and looking for a consultant to help build it from the ground up.

The opportunity

This is a 360 role with full ownership of your clients, candidates, and process from day one. You'll be working on live roles immediately, engaging mid to senior level tech talent for both enterprise accounts and tech start-ups. You'll report directly into an established director, with 1-2-1 mentorship and the chance to learn from someone who has built desks like this before.

For experienced or senior consultants, there's a genuine path to relocation, with the option to move to Austin or Tampa as the desk grows.
