THE ROLE

This is a 360° recruitment role where you’ll build your own client base and candidate network. You are essentially running your own business within ours.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Winning new business and building long-term client partnerships
• Headhunting top talent through cold calls, networking, and LinkedIn outreach
• Pitching opportunities to senior professionals and negotiating high-value deals
• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from first call to final placement
• Closing deals and generating revenue (and commission)
• Building a specialist market where you become the go-to expert
