About the Role – Graduate Recruitment Consultant

At Levin, we specialise in tech recruitment. As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be building client relationships with innovative companies across the U.S., focusing on placing senior-level professionals—from Heads of Department to C-Suite executives—on both the East and West Coasts.

This is a high-performance, fast-paced role that combines sales, strategy, and people skills in equal measure.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Development & Client Management: Establish and grow relationships with new clients while maintaining strong connections with existing partners.
• Talent Sourcing & Headhunting: Identify and engage top-tier candidates through various channels to meet client hiring needs.
• Interview Process Management: Prepare candidates for interviews, provide thorough feedback, and support both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Offer Management & Closing: Guide the offer stage to ensure a smooth and successful outcome for both candidate and client.
