Tradewind Recruitment, one of the UK's leading education recruitment agencies, is looking for ambitious and confident graduates to join our Bristol office through our Impact Academy - a structured training programme designed to turn graduates into successful recruitment consultants.

What you'll be doing:

• Sourcing and interviewing candidates for school roles across the South West
• Creating strong CVs and marketing candidates to schools
• Helping schools find the right people to support their pupils
• Working towards weekly targets and earning commission from day one
• Learning the full recruitment process with guidance from experienced mentors

• Realistic first-year earnings of £32,000-£38,000 through commission
