We are seeking an ambitious and self-motivated graduate to join our team as a Graduate Recruitment Consultant.

The role:

• Building relationships with new and existing clients through cold calling
• Sourcing candidates on various platforms to meet client needs
• Maintaining and developing a pipeline of potential candidates
• Creating job advertisements across multiple platforms and social media
• Conducting interviews via phone or in person
• Qualifying or rejecting candidates based on interviews and resumes
• Guiding candidates through the interview process to ensure confidence and readiness, providing an excellent candidate experience
