Valarian Technologies is seeking a Graduate Recruiter to oversee early-careers hiring across the business, with UK-wide university relationships and a remote-first approach. You will manage full-lifecycle recruitment for graduates and interns, building a robust candidate pipeline from campus networks.

Qualificações

• Experience running full-lifecycle early-careers or graduate hiring campaigns.
• Established ties with Oxford, Cambridge and Russell Group universities.
• Ability to identify high-potential candidates from diverse backgrounds.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Self-start, highly autonomous in a remote UK-wide role.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end graduate, internship, and entry-level recruitment.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with universities and departments.
• Design campus attraction campaigns and attend career events across the UK.
• Oversee candidate evaluation, including CV screening and interviews.
• Align with leadership to map hiring needs and run efficient drives.
• Deliver engaging candidate experience and track pipeline metrics.
