Job summary

Tarmac Trading Limited is recruiting a Graduate Real Estate Surveyor for our 2027 cohort, based in the Stancombe Office near Bristol with UK-wide rotation. You’ll support land and mineral portfolios, assist with acquisitions, planning permissions, and disposals, and progress toward RICS APC accreditation within a two-year hybrid rotation across LNR teams.

Qualifications

• Essential: Degree level in a RICS APC accredited degree.
• Desirable: Willing to work in different locations across UK and Ireland.
• Desirable: Full UK Driving License.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with land and mineral acquisition, strategic estate management and development and disposal of surplus sites.
• Reviewing the land development portfolio and supporting with planning permissions.
• Liaising with internal stakeholders to support land disposal targets and rental income opportunities.
• Working within planning consents for mineral extraction and related operations.
• Coordinating planning applications and interpreting consultant reports.
• Engaging with external stakeholders including communities, statutory bodies and planning authorities.
• Managing relationships with landlords and tenants to support partnerships.
• Participating in the Graduate Core Skills Development Programme and APC preparation.
