Tarmac Trading Limited is recruiting a Graduate Real Estate Surveyor for the 2027 cohort, based at our Stancombe Office near Bristol. You will join the Land & Natural Resources team and rotate through core areas while supporting land management, development, and disposals to build a solid foundation for your surveying career.

Qualifikationen

• Must have an RICS APC accredited degree.
• Willing to work in different locations across UK and Ireland.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.

• Support Estates and Land Development teams in managing land and mineral assets.
• Assist with land acquisition, development and disposal of surplus sites.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to meet land disposal targets and secure value through planning.
