Mott MacDonald is offering a graduate Rail Project Manager role across Croydon, Leeds, London and Manchester. You will work in the Project Management Team delivering rail projects from inception to handover, coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and liaising with clients and sponsors.

A three‑year development programme supports your technical growth. The opportunity targets candidates with under 12 months of relevant experience and a bachelor’s or master’s degree obtained no earlier than 2025.

Qualifications

• 0-12 months of relevant experience (graduate level).
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree obtained no earlier than 2025, or expected.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver rail projects from inception to handover and completion.
• Define schemes, feasibility, design development, procurement and contract administration.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary design teams; draft and manage reports and tender documents.
• Monitor cost and schedule; manage health & safety and quality assurance.
