Job summary

Mott MacDonald, a global employee-owned consultancy, invites graduates to apply for a Rail Project Manager role across Croydon, Leeds, London, and Manchester. You will help develop rail projects from inception to handover, including feasibility, design, procurement and contract administration.

You will liaise with stakeholders, draft reports and tender documents, monitor cost and schedule, and oversee health, safety and quality aspects. Aimed at graduates with <1 year experience and a degree in PM or Engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Project Management or Engineering.
• Less than 12 months' relevant experience.
• Demonstrates genuine interest in the opportunity and in joining Mott MacDonald.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with clients and stakeholders to define project scope and requirements.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary design teams and produce reports and tender documents.
• Monitor cost, schedule, and health & safety/quality aspects of projects.
• Contribute to a technical team and liaise with clients and sponsors as needed.
