Job summary

Mott MacDonald in the UK invites graduates to join the Rail Project Manager pathway across Croydon, Leeds, London and Manchester, delivering rail projects from inception to handover.

You'll liaise with clients and stakeholders, co-ordinate design teams, produce reports, monitor cost and schedule, and uphold health, safety and QA. Three-year Accelerating your Future program provides mentoring, training and a long-term career.

Qualifications

• Eligible with less than 12 months' relevant experience (excluding placements) and a bachelor's/masters degree obtained no earlier than 2025.
• Degree disciplines include Project Management.
• Demonstrates genuine interest in the opportunity and in joining Mott MacDonald.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with clients and stakeholders, coordinate multi-disciplinary design teams, draft reports and tender documents.
• Monitor cost and schedule, manage Health & Safety and Quality Assurance aspects of projects.
• Contribute to a technical team and liaise with the client and project sponsors as needed.
