Qualifications

• A degree in Civil engineering or a related subject, completed or due in 2027.
• Curiosity, drive and a team-first attitude.
• Willingness to travel and move between project locations.

Responsibilities

• Join live project teams from day one and contribute to real work.
• Rotate across projects, sectors, and specialisms to gain breadth.
• Work toward becoming a chartered professional with ICE or RICS.
