Participants follow a structured two-year journey with dedicated development days, industry qualifications, and training in digital construction, safety, and project management.

Qualifications

• A Civil Engineering degree completed or due in 2027.
• Curiosity, drive and a team-first attitude.
• Willingness to travel between project locations.

Responsibilities

• Rotate across projects, sectors and specialisms to gain breadth.
• Work on live UK projects from day one and contribute to delivery.
• Engage in professional development pathways and chartership routes.
