Job summary

Sisk Group in the United Kingdom is seeking proactive Quantity Surveying graduates for our 27-month Early Careers Graduate Programme. This rotational scheme offers hands-on experience across UK and Ireland projects through up to three rotations.

Starting in September 2027, you will work on live projects, develop commercial and technical delivery skills, and progress toward chartership with structured learning, mentoring and regular feedback.

Qualifications

• Recently graduated or on track to graduate with a Quantity Surveying degree.
• Willingness to join the Early Careers Graduate Programme in September 2027.
• Geographic mobility across the UK and Ireland, including rotations outside home jurisdiction.

Responsibilities

• Participate in up to three rotations across the UK and Ireland.
• Gain exposure to live projects, commercial operations, and technical delivery.
• Work toward professional chartership through a structured development plan and mentoring.
