Qualifications

• Graduated in 2026 or 2027 with a 2:1 in Quantity Surveying.
• British citizenship or UK settled status.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead cost planning, forecasting, and reporting.
• Manage contracts and commercial risk.
• Mentor Graduate and Assistant QS team members.
• Work closely with project managers and clients to ensure value delivery.
