Bimplus in Manchester is seeking a Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join our award-winning Building Envelope / Facades solutions team. You will support cost planning, tender submissions, and measurement of works from drawings and BIM models.

This role offers career progression, training, and exposure to cladding, roofing, and envelope systems, with site meetings and collaboration with project managers and design teams.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Construction Management, or similar.
• Building envelope experience through employment, placement year, internship, or site work - essential.
• Knowledge of cladding, roofing, façades, curtain walling, or external envelope systems.
• Good Excel skills.
• Understanding of JCT or NEC contracts.
• Strong numerical and communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence – essential

Responsibilities

• Assist with cost planning and tender submissions.
• Prepare subcontractor enquiries and comparisons.
• Measure and value works from drawings and BIM models.
• Support procurement of façade, cladding, roofing, and envelope packages.
• Assist with monthly valuations, variations, and final accounts.
• Track project costs against budgets.
• Attend site meetings and progress reviews.
• Work with project managers, designers, and site teams.
