Steeper Group is seeking a graduate prosthetic clinician to join our Portsmouth team. The role involves assessing, casting, fitting and adjusting prostheses for both upper and lower limbs, while delivering excellent patient care. The successful candidate will work with a multidisciplinary team, mentor trainees, and adhere to best-practice guidelines in a patient-centered environment. City living and historic seaside culture enhance this vibrant role.

Formación

• HPCP registered prosthetic clinician or pursuing registration; clinical experience desirable.
• BSc Hons in Prosthetic and Orthotics or equivalent for HPCP eligibility.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to explain complex information clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Assess, measure, cast, fit, deliver, supply, review and adjust prosthesis across upper and lower limbs.
• Cast and rectify models using traditional methods and CADCAM as applicable.
• Manage patient cases with clear explanations of proposed interventions and expectations.
• Work with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure optimal treatment and care.
• Support student and apprenticeship clinicians with learning and mentorship.
